As a Sales Representative with Avis & Budget you will assist each customer with their vehicle rental to ensure a positive customer experience, while also promoting our additional products and services utilizing proven sales techniques. The ideal candidate for this position is energetic and motivated, has a passion for customer service and sales and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

*** PAY = Hourly wage plus a monthly bonus based off your individual sales numbers.

Other job duties include maintaining the cleanliness of store, inspecting vehicles and assisting with washing cars and moving trucks

You will be working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.

Weekends are mandatory.

Sales Representative Requirements:

• Aggressive Sales Approach (Bonus is based on individual sales)
• Proficient computer skills
• Minimum 2 years of customer service/sales experience
• Work well under pressure
• Strong communication skills
• Willing to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to work independently and as a team player
• Car Rental/Travel experience preferred but not required
• A valid driver's license is required.
• Reliable transportation
